L'Erudito Programme 2010

Applications for the 2010 L’Erudito program closed on 1 September. l'Erudito is an initiative aimed at educating the next generation of wine industry leaders about Italian and Italian style wines in Australia. The program consists of a written component and a two day masterclass lead by eminent Italian wine expert Michael Trembath, wine writer Jane Faulkner, and The Wine Guide’s Dan Sims. The highest scoring participant in the program will be awarded the Lorenzo Galli Scholarship, which consists of a fully paid trip to Italy valued at $10,000. The L’Erudito program is open to anyone working either in hospitality or wine retail who is a permanent Australian resident. The 12 finalists for the 2010 program will be announced on 26 October. The winner of the 2010 Lorenzo Galli Scholarship will be announced on 19 January 2010.
Applications for the 2011 program will open in July 2010.
