A lovely pale straw green colour, with notes of stone fruits, citrus and melons. The palate in intense and concentrated, displaying citrus, grapefruit, nectarine and peach stone fruit characters, with well integrated oak to match the flinty notes of minerally acidity.
A classic example of this variety which is ideally suited to the cool grape-growing region of Sunbury. Pale straw in colour with a touch of green, this wine has lively lemon, and lime with a touch of fresh herbaceous notes. These characters follow through on the palate giving lovely crisp length and intensity. The palate exhibits a persistent style with a clean finish.
Full of spicy forest berry fruits and a touch of vanilla on the nose. The generous palate brims with dark fruits and a hint of dark chocolate. Blend savoury silky black cherry Sangiovese with spicy brambly Shiraz. The nose is full of dark berries and baked cherries, with just a hint of oak. The palate is soft and harmonious with spicy plum and blackberry fruits, and a touch of vanilla and dark chocolate.
A unique copper/onion skin color, displaying wild herbs and bay leaves. Slightly sweet, with lovely length and body, enjoy chilled
Selection of Camelback/Galli Wines
Sangiovese dominates the aromatics with cherry, berries and spice, with the Cabernet Merlot adding hints of cassis and mulberry. Chalky tannins make this wine identifiable with typical Sangiovese characteristics, whilst also displaying rounded dusty tannins from the Cabernet and Merlot. Lovely crisp acidity gives good drive and length, making this wine well suited to be accompanied with food
Crimson-purple, this wine displays lovely notes of violets and blackberries with earthy plums, red berries and spices. Subtle French oak is intertwined, as fine tannins give good length and balance to go with the intense dark Shiraz fruit characters.
