Accompanied by a yoghurt and garlic dip. Tortellini Formaggi Fresh beef tortellini tossed through a rich sauce of Gorgonzola, Swiss, Italian Parmesan and Camembert cheeses with mushrooms and bacon. Topped with shaved Parmesan cheese. SECONDI (Mains) Queensland Barramundi Fillet Queensland Barramundi fillet, grilled and served with an almond butter. Accompanied by vegetables and potatoes. Veal Eggplant Victorian tender veal scaloppine topped with a slice of char grilled eggplant, sun dried tomatoes and gratinated with Mozzarella cheese. Set on a Cabernet Sauvignon sauce and accompanied by vegetables and potatoes. Vegetable Lasagne Homemade vegetable lasagne served with a Napoli sauce and a side salad. Ricotta And Spinach Chicken Tender chicken breast stuffed with ricotta and spinach. Accompanied by potatoes, garden fresh vegetables and a creamy champagne sauce. Beef Stroganoff Tender King Island beef tips tossed with mushrooms, gherkins and coloured capsicums in a paprika and brandy sauce. Served with spaetzle and seasonal vegetables. GALLI DESSERTS Tia Maria Crepes Crepes filled with caramelised bananas stewed in a sauce of Tia Maria and fresh toffee cream Chocolate Delight Homemade chocolate pudding served with a Bundaberg rum chocolate sauce, mixed berry coulis and double cream.
