An elegant Shiraz exhibiting the hallmark Sunbury region characters of spicy minerally blackberry fruit, cracked black pepper, and bitter chocolate.

Opaque purple/red in colour, the nose is full of spicy earthy blackberry fruit and vanilla bean.  The palate unfolds with poached blackberries, vanilla, black pepper, and dark chocolate.  It is a dense, yet surprisingly elegant wine with beautifully integrated oak and supple tannins.  Will reward cellaring.
